These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ha888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ha888.co ("Site", "Platform").

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the ha888 Platform. This requirement is established by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. ha888 performs age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The ha888 Platform is operated for and directed at users located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. ha888 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) ha888 Account at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ha888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and restrict the individual from re-registering.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
ha888 is required by law and PAGCOR compliance obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID) upon request. Withdrawal of funds above the unverified threshold is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. ha888 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ha888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
ha888 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purportedly from ha888 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify ha888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ha888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ha888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a second layer of verification using your registered mobile number and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
ha888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ha888 does not charge processing fees on deposits made through any supported payment method.
All funds deposited into your ha888 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. ha888 reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.
ha888 applies anti-money laundering (AML) screening to all deposit activity in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, as well as applicable PAGCOR regulations. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be held pending further verification and documentation from the account holder.
By depositing funds into your ha888 Account, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, in order to maintain compliance with AML regulations and to prevent money laundering through third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC identity verification. ha888 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending verification of the account holder's identity or the source of deposited funds.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Withdrawal of real-money funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of active bonus balances. Please review the specific bonus terms before initiating a withdrawal.
ha888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, risk-free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of ₱1,000 with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of those bonus winnings is permitted.
Only bets placed in qualifying game categories count toward wagering requirements. Specific promotions may exclude certain games, providers, or bet types from contributing to wagering. These exclusions will be set out in the individual promotion terms.
ha888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion between multiple accounts to benefit from a promotion; use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; and any other strategy that ha888 determines, at its sole discretion, constitutes exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses revoked, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a bet, ha888 reserves the right to declare the affected bet void and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ha888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ha888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ha888 content without prior written consent.
The ha888 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of ha888. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

ha888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen. Where a breach is confirmed, ha888 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific circumstances. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their ha888 account may do so by contacting the support team. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ha888's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any loss incurred in the course of gambling activity on the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ha888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether ha888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ha888 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, that all games will function without error, or that the Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities at all times. ha888 shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform, internet connectivity issues on the Player's end, or device-related failures.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between the Player and ha888 arising from these Terms or from the Player's use of the Platform shall first be submitted to ha888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support at [email protected]. ha888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be referred to arbitration in the Philippines, conducted in the English language, under the Arbitration Law of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 876 and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004, Republic Act No. 9285), or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
ha888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ha888 will notify registered Players via email (to the address on file), a notification within the Platform dashboard, or a prominent notice on the ha888 website, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the ha888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
The version date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current Terms were last updated. Prior versions of the Terms may be requested from customer support.
